In 2013, I found myself working 16+ hours a day (or at least I thought I was), 7 days a week and I was miserable. I had no time to do anything fun, let alone time to tackle any side projects. And I had a lot of ideas. So I started reading and learning as much as I could about how to manage time and get a grip on my schedule. This talk shares a lot of what I’ve learned over the past couple of years.
Here are a few of the resources that I’ve created for myself that I mention in the talk:
- My Shining Day pdf | ai
- Morning Routine pdf | ai
- Bedtime Routine pdf | ai
- Scoreboard to track 20 hours per week pdf | ai
